Buyers Agent - The Brenda Wade Team, Signature Realty Associates

The Brenda Wade Team is looking for licensed and experienced Buyers Agents to join our real estate team. As a member of our Buyer Agent team, you will get hands on training and access to hundreds, if not thousands, of leads per month that you can work for appointments and sales. Commissions range from $1,000 to $25,000+ per deal closed. Your focus will be selling and growing. Our operations team will provide support so that you can focus on what you do best—sales. Exceptional candidates should have a proven track record of sales in person and over the phone.

As a member of our Buyer Agent team,  you will enjoy an autonomous work environment where you’ll contribute a positive mindset, the skills we train you on, and the motivation to talk to as many people as possible a day. You will follow up with the inbound leads we provide and make outbound calls to generate new opportunities for yourself. Our best agents speak with at least 30 people a day. The names, phone numbers, scripts, and a proven system for results will be provided for you.

Hours are flexible and there is a work-from-home option. Top sales executives can work anywhere, but the best part of this role is the culture and people you will work with. This is not a bureaucratic corporate environment, so this role will also include the freedom you desire.

Responsibilities

• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Tech savvy
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
